I was invited and had a phone screening with a Recruitment Coordinator on their HR team for this opening. I did not make it through to the next round, and as such, didn't need to complete the ridicuous Skills Assessment that they require all applicants to complete (it was described as a pre-employment aptitude assessment called the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test). Overall, I thought the conversation went well, until the point where the person tried to push me to answer the question regarding "direct recruitment and interview coordination experience." That lead me to have a sense that their Recruitment Coordinator role is NOT entry-level (job seekers, be warned), and they don't allow for their employees to grow and advance at Rokt. Didn't help to find out that the salary for this role ($65,000 base) is non-negotiable.

The interviewer was incredibly rude. I interviewed back in February and she literally asked me to tell her about my experience at my current company or “whatever the heck it is that you do.” So unprofessional.
