First round: with engineering VP and SVP product. checking the role fit and experience. A good way to start the interview and understand on both the sides if this works or not.
second round with SVP product: role fit and product management, stakeholders related Qs asked: random Qs
Third round with SVP product, product lead, product manager: Q was to come up with an idea and build a product. Facebook product design sense type of Q.
smiles all over the interview, great experience. the senior team in the interview lack a business perspective on a new product and how to build a product from scratch knowledge. standard google based Qs been asked nothing related to their own product role which they were recruiting for. The job definitions/profile and interview were nowhere related.
less importance to work life balance is the takeaway from the interview experience

There was a phone call with TA, followed by another phone screen. This was followed by two in-person interviews and then a take home assignment.
The in-person interviews were weird. The first interviewer was 10 minutes late but still wanted to cram in all the questions they had, which meant I was rushing through my answers and unable to give the depth I would like. The second interview seemed to be going well until a point where the interviewer started going down a rabbit hole on an irrelevant topic.
I never heard back after the take home task. No feedback, no result, nothing. Two weeks later, someone emailed me saying the position is now closed. When a candidate spends hours working on a take home task, the least a company can do is provide some feedback.

I had just one interview with the Recruiter which went well. I was asked to provide suitable dates for the next rounds of interviews but then I was ghosted. Nobody responds to emails or gives some clarifications. I believe that if a company temporarily freezes hiring then it is fair to share that with the candidates who are in the loop already.

4-5 rounds with a FAANG style case round. Lots of emphasis on structured problem solving and presentation. Many ex-consulting people at the management level. Zero diversity on the interview panel.
