A brief chat with the HR recruiter, then two 1/2-hour interviews via Skype, one after the other, with senior members of technical staff. One of them was friendly and encouraging, the other fairly remote and uncommunicative. After that there was a follow up call with HR to verbally go through the offer that they were going to make, I guess to get some idea of my reaction. They were quite cagy about the nature of the things that I would be working on - unspecified new Roku products.

Write C code to implement common systems programming tasks. The sort of standard thing that you should be able to do in your sleep. But it's harder to do on-line.
