If you want find out what is bureaucracy, then apply at Roku. And you will have at least 5 individual interviews, that would be either constantly moved or canceled. Your Roku recruiter may just suddenly disappear for a two weeks without any notice. Moreover for the position in the UK you will be interviewed by people from the US. Honestly this company is time-waster.
