Very long and difficult process, a lot of questions were repeated by different people, massive waste of time. Consisted of a GMAT-type test, initial interview with HR, full day panel interviews (self presentation, general personality interview, technical interview, case study), interview with manager, interview with local manager. After the 5th interview, I received a positive response from HR, only that I need to complete another final interview with local management. It took them many weeks to schedule an interview, and I had already found another job in this time, however I went with it. After the 6th interview, they rejected me. Honestly, it was not worth the time and stress. I find it quite disrespectful to make candidates jump through so many hoops and get their hopes up, only to tell them they are no longer considered after the last general 30 minute interview. I will avoid your company.
