Colloquio
The interview process went fairly smoothly. After a phone screen with HR, you meet the site lead. If the site lead likes you, you're in. After interviewing with the site lead, you get a phone call from the project lead, congratulating you on the passing the process.

Briefly screened by recruiter (super friendly, super helpful, super responsive). It also helped that I usually respond to emails/phone calls within 2 minutes. Met near client site, informal with contract lead with a short session with government supervisor. Contract lead focused on the contract portion of the job (and let me know all the negative aspects as well, which made me feel good because I didn't feel like she was hiding anything), the government lead spoke about the bad parts of the job itself (again, I appreciate the upfront about the negatives, which were really not negative for me).

Phone interview with recruiter followed by a phone interview with the program lead. Next was a panel interview with five supervisors at the government agency. Once they gave the approval, my clearances had to be transferred, which took about four weeks. Then I was given the all-clear to start. The phone interviews were brief and simple but the panel interview with the government supervisors was intense and very thorough.

Domanda 1
They asked me about my experience with certain government databases, how I multi-task, how I deal with challenging situations, etc.
