They talked about wanting to diversify their team–even stating that they weren't looking at resumes submitted by men for this position–but their leadership team is comprised exclusively of white men. They mentioned a long-time member of the team who makes offensive remarks to women. During an interview, a senior team member asked if I was married and had children. This is illegal. The rejection letter they ultimately sent was generated by an AI chat bot.
