Call with recruiter following by a call with the hiring manager. Up to this point the process was swift.... then the ghost appears :D Emailed the recruiter after a number of weeks asking for an update and no reply. Ended up withdrawing application via their Workday platform. If this is how they operate during the recruitment process then I can't imagine working their is much better.
