Ein Telefonat und einige technische Fragen. Am nächsten Tag direkt Zusage erhalten. Zum Bewerbungsgespräch zu einer Praktikantenstelle bin ich bisher nichts anderes gewohnt. Der Teamleiter war sehr nett und kompetent. Hat mich darauf hingewiesen das auch eine Masterarbeit im Anschluss verfasst werden kann.

Ein Vorstellungsgespräch, ganz leicht und spezifisch zu praktischem Wissen. Das Meiste des Prozesses basierte auf Gesprächen, nicht auf Fallstudien oder Gruppendiskussionen oder Aufgabenzentrumbesuchen. In der Tat ist der Auswahlprozess gar nicht fest, sondern komplett abhängig von den Bedürfnissen des Managers.

Description of previous work, fit to company and motivation for internship. Afterwards about 1 week I found out if I got it. All in all, very good process and all were very accommodating. Standard process of any interview for an internship
