The interview was very non-technical. The basis of the questions was built to identify character and leadership traits. The questions were based on tell me a time when... The on boarding is conducted by an external hiring agency.

The interview process was actually very simple. Most of the questions they asked me were behavioral based. They added one or two technical questions among the mix. After the in person interview, I had a casual phone interview with one of the senior managers so they were able to gage where my interests lie and where I would best fit and grow during my experience.
