The overall process took a lot of time. I got a first interview call from HR which was just a pre-screening interview asking basic stuff why I want to leave my current job. The second interview came 2 weeks later it was a phone interview with 2 people from 2 different departments. They asked me a lot of questions regarding my past experiences and some technical questions. All the questions were pretty straight forward and it went quite good. I was then invited to Berlin for a face to face interview. There i was interviewed by 4 people from 3 different departments. They asked me a lot of questions both technical and non technical they asked management related questions and what decisions I would take in certain situations. The questions were not technical hard stuff they were very opinion oriented and did not have a correct or wrong answer rather i had to give my opinion. Eg. what will i do to convince the managers to accept a idea. The bad part is that its been 2 months and I have not yet received a reply on my application. I emailed them yet no response.
