Process started with written test followed by first technical round. The interviewer was very knowledgeable and would trick you with situations. Second technical round was challenging as difficulty level increases. IT director round will make you think whatever you did in previous rounds was right or wrong. Very genuine person with down to earth nature. Lastly HR round where you are asked about expectations and joining period. Very big drawback is HR do not follow up anything with the candidates. I haven't got to hear from them since my interview. It is really annoying after spending entire day for this process.
