Applied through a recruiter and was invited to an interview shortly after. The interview was with three partners and lasted around 45 minutes. They firstly explained about the company and their progression and then I was asked questions relating to my CV and my technical skills.

In-person interview with two partners. General interview questions about experience/matters. Started with an unexpected, unsupervised assessment (open-book) for approx. 30mins where you were given different client scenarios to advise on.
