Interview started with two tests. The first being a computer test to determine your ability to recognize transposed numbers, correct addresses and names as well as correct spellings. The other test was related to your writing abilities. You had to compose a letter to the company stating why you should be hired. Both tests were timed and not hard, in my opinion. The actual interview was with the department manager and the marketing director. Both friendly and asked questions about past employment history.

The interview process started with a computer test, grammar test and writing sample. After the tests were complete then I met with the supervisor of the department as well as the marketing manager. During the oral interview questions were asked about past jobs and why I left, computer program experience and office experience.
