Weird. First there were no coding part. Then, from another side I answered all technical questions asked (they were pretty basic). There was a feeling they do not have well established process of interview. For example, there was a guy who was constantly asking on question: 'What are you working right now?'. 5 times. with all explanations. In overall,(probably because they just starting), there was obvious luck of technical skills of interviewing engineers in certain areas (like data processing/ETL, charting, analytical engines, etc.). Good think: easy, funny and friendly.
