Contacted Via Linkedin stating that their compensation is "second to none" Interview with HR headhunter, offered lower pay and benefits than I am currently making. When I said I was not interested, I was offered to interview for "senior clinician position". Contacted and interviewed by director and offered "senior clinician" position. HR contacted me with low offer which I declined.
