There are 4 steps: 1) HR phone screen, 2) technical call with someone from the team, 3) work sample, 4) in-person visit 1) was very simple, just going over resume and the background of the company 2) asked some basic stats questions and we went over my experience with SQL. At one point I had to admit I did not know the answer and the interviewer said he respected that answer over a wrong one 3) was a sample test that I might see on the job and I submitted my work within a week of receiving it. After this, I was denied from the job.

Applied online, was invited to do a 30 minute logic test within a week. Test was 16 questions; 1/2 were SAT Math -type questions and the rest dealt with Raven's Progressive Matricies. Having never seen that type of problem before, I bombed it and was told they were not moving forward with my application the next day. The process was pretty streamlined, but the assessment could have been more relevant to the role.
