One 500 word written question -> full day assessment centre. There was nothing between to funnel candidates which I thought was weird. before assessment day you have to complete psychometric assessment games which they use to give you different interview questions.
assessment centre had an interview, email writing assessment, negotiation assessment and presentation assessment. Was fairly drawn out and a long slog. Everyone was pretty friendly though
general, competency and commercial questions were asked. The split may vary from interviewer to interviewer. They expect non-generic questions to be asked at the end. They ask general why law and may ask why you chose your uni
