The interviewing process was brutal. Four hours of long videoconferences with different people asking the same set of questions. I felt drained after the experience. Half of the people were very pleasant to speak with, but the other half not so much. After hours and hours of answering the same question you lose your thoughts. After the interview they give you an exam were you are challenged to write a proposal without any preparation. One of the worst interviews I have ever been on.
