8 interviews total. 6 zoom interviews with team, departing CD, and department heads and the last 2 onsite with senior leadership. Everyone was professional and encouraging. I followed up and didn't receive a reply. I was ghosted. Not even a thank you for interviewing. Honestly felt disrespected.
