Very laid back interview. I was given tour of building, shown what the area and what would be required of me. I was just asked questions regarding my resume, but offered pay was low.

Talked with a representative at the career fair and sent a follow up email. We set up a time to talk and they asked me some questions about what I do at/outside of school and had me work through a technical problem

You should talk with them at a career fair and then send in your resume. They will contact you about an in-person interview if they have internships available. They respond fairly quickly with an offer if you are extended one.
