I applied online and the interview process took about a week or so. There was an initial phone interview with a recruiter, a google meet interview with the president and my future team-lead, and an in-person interview. The in person interview was with the president, my future team lead, two founders/directors, each in one-on-one sessions, and two current employees together. The communication throughout the process was great and Rachael especially was amazing throughout the whole process and helped me find a position that is best fit for me. The process was quick, professional, and upbeat. I was excited for each new stage. The more you learn about Rosegate, the better it is!
