I had three interviews. The first interview was with Human Resources, conducted in Spanish. It was the typical interview to get to know you a bit more, where they asked me to talk about myself and inquired about my previous experience. The second interview was also with Human Resources, and in this one, my level of English was evaluated. The third interview was with the engineering leader and the regional engineering manager. It was a technical interview conducted in both Spanish and English. They asked about previous experiences, my biggest challenge, my strengths, and weaknesses. Overall, it was a relatively quick process.
