Phone screen first and then in person. Asked a lot of questions about sales and goals, follow up. They expect most leads to convert. I felt that it was pretty normal and expected questioning for a sales position in this day and age

I applied online and was contacted by email and offered an interview. It was very informal. I don’t feel that the interview adequately described the actual job. It was high pressure sales and sketchy tactics.
