I applied online, and after calling a few times, I was offered an interview the next week. I went in, asked for the manager, and waited in the back room for a few minutes. The interviewing manager was friendly and put me at ease. She asked me about myself, about my availability, and why did I want to work at Ross. After the questions, she gave my information about the company and told me that after the background check is completed this weekend, I can start next week.
