I applied online. Received a call for interview over a week later. Lady who interviewed asked general questions about availibility, previous work experience, etc. Was told that she did not make hiring decisions and said that the hiring manager would call if I was considered.

Thorough and very detailed. It's a particular answer they are looking for. And you will know through the interview if you are doing well. And there are quite a few questions.
