TERRIBLE interview process - STAY AWAY!!
Process was dragged out for over 5 months (March - August 2018) - started with phone interview and video interviews with third party recruiter - then phone interview, in-person interviews (NYC), assessment exams (one of them proctored) and in-person interviews in California. Almost a month after last interviews was told I was top of the list; to start preparing references and they just needed to get through one more candidate but were no longer bringing anyone in to interview. I asked to please let me know if anything changed. Have since been unable to get recruiter to call me back to at least close the loop. They even reached out to one of my colleagues in the same company I currently work to initiate process for the same role!
The folks I met seemed like a great, smart group of people to work with, it is sad that this very unprofessional behavior from Raines International is what Ross has chosen as the face to potential candidates, it is an AWFUL reflection of the Ross as a company.
