Interview was like any other, if you ever been to an interview they asked why ROSS ? Tell me about yourself ? Tell me a time when you had an angry customer / had to take lead .
Interviews are quick and easy but depending on the location, I noticed miscommunication between HR and Upper Management. Also during the interview process I asked multiple times what their pay scale was for the position but they refused to give me any further details.

It was very long but other than that I got the job. They also dont drug test & the background check takes about 3 weeks to a month. I got the job in 2 weeks because I was one of the lucky ones lol
