We went over my work history and I brought my resume to make it easier to go over the relevant work I had done at other companies. We also went over what days I could work and my previous experience with the company since I had worked for Ross before. So we skipped over the question portion.
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.

They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
