The interview process began with an informal discussion over the phone with a member of the HR team. Jade was very easy to talk with, and while I assume some of the questions were pretty standard, the interview proceeded naturally and more like a candid conversation. My schedule was pretty hectic at the time, but they worked with my schedule and even accomodated some last-minute time changes. After the phone call I had a one-on-one interview with my (now) manager which went very well. He was also very candid and direct about the position, my role and what I can expect. He was very transparent and the interview was very comfortable.
