I had an initial interview with a talent recruiter from Rotary in October. A few weeks later, I was asked to complete a three-hour writing assignment as part of the hiring process. Lastly, I had a second interview with the hiring manager in November. Still, at this point, I haven't received any updates from them. I attempted to reach out to the recruiter and even checked my spam inbox, but I never got a response. This experience left me disappointed and questioning whether Rotary truly lives up to its values in how they treat job candidates. Overall, I had higher expectations for an organization of this caliber.
