I had 5 interviews starting in October and ending in January. They didnt hire me, but they certainly took their time to say no. There were some understandable reasons for delays in the inter iew process, but they wasted months of my time. They are struggling to stay profitable. I would guess it may have to do with micromanaging their local branches, but thats only based on the interviews.

first round was an assessment questionnaire for personality check. there were three separate video interviews, and then one call with the DBD. It was mostly to describe self and why would be good at the role

It was a very easy process. Many of the typical questions you would expect, however when asked with a more difficult question, they where more than willing to allow thought and time.
