This interview was basically for Rotech Info Systems Pvt Ltd and i got to know it from my JKC team.the Interview was very cool. there are 3 rounds - written, technical interview and personal interview.
written is totally based on English vocabulary and aptitude

I applied through online, i got call from them within two days and i was called to attend interview on the date which i was comfortable with. The Process consists of totally four rounds, General Aptitude, Programming Aptitude, Technical and HR interview. General Aptitude consists of 20 questions to solve in 20 minutes

Was called for a F2F but the panel was late by couple of hours. The interview was simple focused on fundamentals. Importance was given to write the actual code and not the pseudo code. After the technical round was for the Managerial round. The managerial round was on time and was conducted by managers of other team, simple questions and then the CTC negotiation part.

1.Group introduction & resume shortlisting(please get a professional resume to increase ur chances)
2.Panel interview (2-3 people interview they will ask u questions relating to the subject & everything on ur resume)
3 F2F technical rounds were there once you clear them you get a call from HR for the rest of the process. For the freshers they can ask you to give a written test as well.
