Applied through indeed later received an email with questions. Once i sent it back they called me to schedule a interview the next day. I went to the interview and the recruiter told me to relax i didn't have to be nervous. Easy peasy. After the interview i took an assessment that you have to pass or no offer.

They brought me right to the floor and had me sit in on a call one of the reps were on to see how the process was done. Introduced me to one of the head trainers of the Lexus team, went through the interviewing process with his as well as one of the Floor Supervisors. Asked me questions and went through my resume with me. Scheduled a day for me to come in and start training, after confirming we were a good fit for one another.
