First interview pretty generic one good question have not come across before but pretty normal when dealing with HR and running through a check list, I understand this role will be 3 interviews

I had 4 interviews. The first 3 weren't bad at all, great overview of the company. The last interview I drove 6 hours one way to meet with the CEO for my final interview. Got there and he told me this was just a talk. He didn't ask me any questions, was on his phone most of the time. Bought me lunch, then sent me on my way for my 6 hour drive home. I did Not get an offer after this. Waste of time.
