Phone interview. Went well. Was super quick. Company did not care to much about previous work history. Mostly cared about how I would fit in with team. After phone interview I met in person and got an offer.

They were nice. I was nervous however the interviewer calmed me down with a joke and an unrelated question. I had two interviews. The second interview was more conversational. They are family oriented.

Basic, there was nothing special about it. Came in sat with the manager asked very few questions , nothing that was out of the norm. It was really based on personality. Being a female in a predominantly male industry; Can you carry your own?
