Company responded to application quickly. Started with a phone screening with a company recruiter then an in person interview within the department that I was hoping to work in. The interview lasted almost an hour and was very conversational.

Phone screen interview. I was asked a few questions about Roush and my own experience. Interviewer was engaged and finished asking questions within 10 minutes. Interviewer did a good job answering my own questions.
