The interview process was pretty easy. First interview is all behavioral. Second interview was all situational based meaning they give you a scenario and you have to tell them your thought process of what you would do.

After applying online, the HR representative will schedule a phone interview with the candidate for about 30 minutes. If this is a good interview, the HR representative will schedule a formal interview with the hiring managers.
