The interview process is great. It’s typically a phone call interview followed with in person. The first interview is basic interview questions/trying to get to know you and your interests. The second interview didn’t even feel like an interview. More like a conversation and you have the opportunity to ask all your questions.

It was mostly just the interviewer doing all the talking on what the job entails. However, they seem to go into the interview with a very specific idea on what kind of person they want.
