I applied online, was contacted after a couple of weeks via phone. We set up an initial phone interview, followed by a 2nd phone interview with a different person, followed by a final interview in person with 3 separate members of leadership. Each interview was staggered by a week or so. They were very accommodating, I even missed an interview and they rescheduled instead of cutting me out completely like basically any other employer would.
