Went in and had a short interview. Pretty standard questions and talked about my resume. Talked more about the job itself than myself. The hiring manager was super nice and made a comfortable atmosphere.

Adam Kelley described a great work place environment in which I thought I would be a great fit. I was asked about my experience in industry and academic research as a chemical engineer. The interviewer, suggested I follow up.
