Phone interview with owner, followed by corporate phone interview, then a final in-person interview with owner. Experience will vary from owner to owner as they are all different in their process.

Final phone interview with the corporate recruiter
Overall very positive and efficient. It took only one week to go through this process before receiving final word on their decision.
