Interviewed by a panel of 3 staff members, including outgoing designer. Relaxed but formal. Presented a selection of appropriate work from my portfolio which I was asked to provide via email prior to face-to-face interview.

Straight forward, clear process. I was interviewed by three senior members of staff who were approachable and professional. My interview started on time and I was allowed to ask questions of my own at the end of the interview.
