Generally, a briefing of the team culture and group tasks including role playing of visitor experience scenarios, followed by a ten-minute interview. The whole process lasts about 3 hours with a lot of waiting time.

Was a good experience, group interview and then private one. Situational questions that had probably set answers. Didn’t get the job but would try again as others I know succeeded.
