my interview was held onboard where i apply for asst.waiter 70% my answer were correct but i was not selected i don't know y but now i am home for vacation when i go back i will retry for asst.waiter if the company have job posting

The recruitment process here in Ecuador took me 6 months, I had to follow instructions given by a recruiter, I had to pay $250 for a previous course need: life on board, I had to manage to survive here in ecuador without a job,...I was rise up in a big hotel here in Ecuador I had worked since I was very young in my aunt's hotel, I had more than 13 years of experience,...The interviewer who didn't speak very well English told me she had been hired just 3 weeks after she applied, my experience as an Assistant waiter was before I had graduated from college 8 years ago...but I wasn't enough.
