got no interview, managed to call them and get a call back. I was appalled that I was told that for one of the posts I had applied my application would not move forward as "they had found someone with the relevant skills". I have those skills, and haven't used them in a while. The same manager was responsible for another post that was still open. She said "there's still hope", when I asked her, but did not invite me for interview. I am a person in their 30s looking for a career change and thought this charity would give me a good place to start. Nah. Who, knows, might be also an issue that I'm not British?
