Sent resume to the company and after reviewed, received a call to set up in-office interview. Interview was very casual and with the head of HR/accounting and a member of the acquisitions team. It only lasted about 30 minutes and there were no real technical questions asked. They were extremg friendly and wanted to get to know my personality to determine if I was a good fit the company.
