I first came in and had an interview with the Director of Human Resources. It was not at all uncomfortable or intimidating. At the end of the interview she invited me to come back the following week to interview with the H.R. Manager and General Counsel, which again was an extremely comfortable and laid back interview; not like a typical panel interview. By the end of the night, my now Manager called me and offered me the position, which I gladly accepted!!
