I had a great interview at Rubius. I met with 7 different people, 1-2 at a time for about two hours. Everyone was pretty chill and made me feel very comfortable. There was literally no "interview tension" and the Q/A was fairly simple. They welcomed any questions I had about anything at all. All in all, it was a great experience.

I went until the second round of phone screening. The first phone interview was with the HR and lasted for 15 mins. It was the non technical round. The second interview was for 30 mins and with the head of the group in which the position was available

Regular interview questions, asking about background and so forth. The interviewed was pleased with my answers and said they'd follow up with me but never did. No email, nothing.
