2 stages interview. First interview with the Hiring Manager, and the second one with the Chief Of Operations. The interviews went smoothly and the entire process lasted about one week.

Normal questions in order to understand my experience and motivation to join the company.
It was a nice talk with the HR person and the founder of the company. Although they never set the expectations for this role and during the discussion I have received positive feedback, they forgot to give me official feedback. After I asked a few times about it, they told me I am not senior enough for this role.
